Pinball Bringing Joy to the Children of Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis

Project Pinball Charity Group teams up with the local community surrounding the area of St. Louis, MO to gift a Hot Wheels pinball machine to the children and families of Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis.

St. Louis, MO– December 11th, 2020

Just in time for the holiday season, Project Pinball Charity will be dedicating a Hot Wheels pinball machine. The Project Pinball Charity and Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital teamed up to place the machine on their campus in St. Louis right before the end of the year. This pinball machine will be a free therapeutic device that will benefit children, families, caregivers, and hospital staff alike.

American Pinball has designed this incredibly fun pinball machine and will be given to the children at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. Project Pinball was invited to oversee and set-up this machine and to implement their pinball placement program for the benefit of the children’s hospital.

Patients at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital will experience the therapeutic benefits of their gift. An opportunity to get their minds off the tough circumstances they are going through. As soon as the kids heard they couldn’t wait for the day that they would be receiving this amazing gift. It has been a huge team effort with everyone involved to make this experience happen and at the most perfect time.

The Project Pinball Charity’s Senior Founder Daniel Spolar highlights the importance of giving back locally. “When Project Pinball first heard about Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital we were extremely impressed with how they have a special way to help kids and families. We wanted to do something special for them so, in turn, they could keep doing amazing things for others, especially in times like this.” Back in 2014 Project Pinball dedicated a Star Trek Pinball Machine to St. Louis Children’s Hospital, where it remains today. Spolar continues, “This is the third time we have placed a pinball machine for Project Pinball in St. Louis, and we are beyond excited to see this happen after all the hard work both teams have put into making this the safest

and best pinball machine dedication. We are thankful for this opportunity to do such impactful things with pinball on behalf of the wonderful community which made this all possible.”

As of 2020, Project Pinball will have placed 54 pinball machines throughout the United States in children’s hospitals and Ronald McDonald Houses.
