Greetings, pinball fans!

American Pinball is thrilled to share some exciting updates and introduce new members to our valued customers and distributors. We have been working diligently to ensure the best gaming experience for our players, and we have some great news to share!

We are pleased to announce that the first owners who registered their Galactic Tank Force games have started receiving their updated brackets. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to address this issue, and we are glad to report that we have the new updated reinforced brackets and have started shipping them to registered customers.

All new Galactic Tank Force games shipped from June 19th onwards will come with the updated reinforced brackets pre-installed. This means that you can expect to receive games with the improved bracket system, ensuring a smoother gameplay experience right out of the box.

Additionally, we are excited to announce that with the brackets issue resolved, we have ramped up production on our LE machines. We understand that many of our customers have been eagerly awaiting the release of the Signature model, and we want to update you that they are going into production as well. Our Signature machine takes pinball gaming to the next level, offering an array of exceptional features that even surpass our already amazing LE model.

We appreciate the continued support and loyalty of our customers and aim to deliver the best pinball experiences possible. To that end, we would also like to take this opportunity to introduce our newest additions to the American Pinball family - Megan Haare and Steve Cummins.

Megan Haare has joined us as our Sales & Office Administrator, bringing experience in management, retail sales, and customer service from the arcade event industry. With her organizational skills and attention to detail, Megan will streamline our operations and enhance the customer experience. We are thrilled to have her on board, and her creativity and efficiency will undoubtedly make a positive impact at American Pinball.

Steve Cummins, our Sales and Logistics Associate, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, promotions, and logistics. His dedication to providing the utmost satisfaction to our valued customers, combined with his in-depth knowledge of the industry, will significantly enhance our customer strategies and optimize our logistical operations.
